("Hami Sigorta" or "the Company"), in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVK Law"), the General Clarification Text within the Scope of the Personal Data Protection Law and company policies regarding KVKK are presented.

I accept and declare that my personal data and special categories of personal data may be processed by Hami Sigorta as data controller or by data processors authorised by it subject to appropriate security measures; for Hami Sigorta to provide its products and services to customers under the best conditions, to ensure reliable and uninterrupted supply of products or services and to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction; for the presentation of policy and renewal offers, preparation of policies, information on policy offers via communication channels, creation of requests via the Get a Quote or Contact Us form on hamisigorta.com, calculation and reporting of policy premiums, collection of policy premiums by credit card, execution of bank payments, querying of policy information of the insured via hamisigorta.com systems, conduct of marketing and analysis, planning and execution of processes for receiving and evaluating suggestions for improvement of processes, fulfillment of obligations to authorized institutions arising from legislation, follow-up of legal affairs/requests, conduct of goods, services, production and operations, collection processes, marketing of products/services, preparation of expert and expert reports and follow-up of expert performance, conduct of authorized service, agency and expert application and acceptance processes, conduct of supplier contract processes, conduct of quote, risk management, reinsurance, claim review, determination, indemnification, compensation, collection, transfer, recourse, assistance and similar processes, customer satisfaction activities, evaluation of customer requests and complaints, risk management processes, internal audit/investigation/intelligence activities, planning and execution of business continuity, establishment and management of IT infrastructure, planning and execution of operational activities necessary for company activities to be conducted in accordance with applicable legislation, fulfillment of requests or applications from corporate and customer communication channels, updating of identity and contact information, mobile application development and website usability and quality analysis for the development of our products and services, verification and execution of financial transactions, keeping of website and application login-logout records, identification of visitors to our website, performance of data analytics and market research, provision of services to members on the platform, resolution of questions and complaints, request of information/documents from the customer for account security, fulfillment of KVKK legal and technical services and occupational health and safety information management system services, sending of news, information and updates, offers and marketing communications regarding our services and special events and other marketing communications that may be of interest, and for the purpose of the data we collect about you to assist us in our product and service advertisements on third-party websites; that identity and address information, e-mail, postal address, phone number, bank account and other financial information, location information, customer transaction information, risk management information, internet access information, device information, education information, transaction security information, special categories of personal data and cookies to be collected may be processed, transferred to company employees and officers, domestic group companies (company and/or business partners, shareholders), legally authorized public institutions, domestic independent audit firms, survey companies, domestic/overseas servers, hosting companies, programs and electronic environments such as cloud computing for the purpose of conducting their activities within the framework of legal obligations and legal limitations, and to business partners and service providers from whom the Company receives services or with whom it works for the execution of services and/or activities to be provided to me; that they may be stored, transferred, processed securely in physical or electronic media or that the use of data may be restricted; that I am aware that my health and sexual data among my special categories of personal data may not be processed without my explicit consent; and that I have been informed by the Company regarding the above matters and that I accept and declare that I give my explicit consent within the framework of the Personal Data Protection Law.

I accept and declare that all my personal data and qualified personal data collected by Hami Sigorta may be transferred, subject to the purposes stated above, for the provision of business development services, provision of statistical and technical services and conduct of customer relations, establishment, development and maintenance of technical and administrative infrastructure and electronic systems (website) and retention of customer data, and for archiving and storage with necessary security measures; and for the sustainability of call center management services, to company employees and officers, overseas/international group companies (Company and/or business partners, shareholders), legally authorized public institutions, overseas/international independent audit firms, survey companies, overseas IT support servers, hosting and infrastructure provider companies, programs and electronic environments such as cloud computing, and to business partners and service providers from whom the Company receives services or with whom it works for the execution of services and/or activities to be provided to me; and that I also give my explicit consent to the transfer of my personal data and special categories of personal data abroad within this scope.

I also accept and declare that the personal data I have shared with Hami Sigorta is accurate and up to date; and that I will notify the Company of any changes to this information.

I accept and declare that I give my explicit consent to the processing of my personal data within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law, to its use and sharing limited to the processing purpose disclosed in the relevant process, and to its retention for the required period; that I have been duly informed in this regard; and that I have read and understood this text and the Clarification Text on the website.
